LIABILITY WAIVER

The undersigned waives all claims against Meteor Hills Guide Service, Dale, Luke, and Dana Olson, and all other parties involved during the bear hunting season. Any tree stand use, tick bites, vehicle use, lodging incidents or animal attacks are all acknowledged risks that are avoidable by the hunter and others.
